• Maximised the site potential whilst retaining elegant and appropriate standards of design construction,

• Taken an apartment project requiring a reduction in apartment numbers for planning, and redesigning the layout to provide an overall reduction of 3 apartments but an increase of 7 bedrooms overall, resulting in a reduced development gaining the support of the planning department, whilst simultaneously maintaining the overall GDV of the development for the client.
